Medical Workforce Consultant

HCA Medic Oncall is a leading provider of healthcare services and medical workforce solutions that include sourcing and placing locum and permanent doctors into a diverse range of opportunities across Australia. Located in Mornington, our head office in St Kilda Road or our bustling Brisbane office, we are seeking a proactive Medical Workforce 360-degree Consultant to join our team.

The position:

  • Utilising your extensive network and sourcing strategies you will identify and attract top-tier medical talent within the healthcare industry.
  • Actively engage and collaborate with healthcare organisations and professionals to understand their unique requirements and medical staffing needs.
  • You will conduct comprehensive expert candidate phone interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect match between candidate skills, qualifications, and organisational requirements.
  • Provide exceptional guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering long-term relationships.

  
The skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in successfully sourcing and placing candidates into healthcare locum or permanent placements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of various roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, enabling you to navigate complex recruitment processes and secure favourable outcomes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
