The new development at Noosaville will encompass a comprehensive modern state-of-the art facility that includes Specialist Consulting suites, Radiation Oncology, Haematology, Medical Oncology, Pharmacy, Radiology, Pathology as well as access to cancer research and clinical trials.
This new comprehensive cancer care centre aims to provide a much-needed service to the community of Noosa by eliminating the need to travel to Maroochydore or elsewhere for their cancer treatment. Importantly, we believe in delivering world-class evidence-based medicine in a caring, compassionate and comfortable environment

About the role-
- Set the standard for nursing staff through exemplary leadership and effective communication practices
- Advocate for and actively participate in improving culture, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed
- Developing and implementing care policies.
- Coordinating staffing rosters to ensure adequate nursing care is available to all patients.
- Managing and evaluating nursing staff to provide development feedback and plan career progression.
- Working closely and forming partnerships with an interdisciplinary medical team, including doctors, specialists, therapists and other Nurse Unit Managers.
- Staying across nursing and healthcare developments and policies to deliver best practice care.
The ideal Candidate:
- Nurse Unit Manager experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and proven experience in leading teams to successfully achieve objectives
- Oncology experience
