Working alongside our parent company Healthcare Australia, EmployEase is a registered training organisation and has been delivering training and vocational services across all states for over 25 years. Over this time HCA Education has established itself as a proven provider of quality industry training, specialising in the the areas of Healthcare, Nursing, Community Services and Training and Assessment.
The Education and Training Division of HCA actively supports the training and continuous professional development of internal HCA staff, as well as providing a fee for service model to our external clients.
The Role:
It is the role of the Quality and Curriculum Officer to ensure that the curriculum meets regulatory and industry standard, the requirements of all funding bodies and the future business needs of EmployEase and Health Care Australia. All responsibilities are to be approached in a systematic and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure that every training products on EmployEase Scope of Registration has a suite of current and compliant training and assessment materials and tools which meet the requirements of the relevant training package/accredited course and the relevant Training and Assessment Strategy which are systematically reviewed and maintained.
These include but are not limited to:
• Session plans, trainer resources and learner resources
• Assessment instruments and tools (including RPL Kits) which comply with the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence
• Assessment mapping documents
• Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS)
• Unit outlines
• Detailed resource mapping
• Design and implement a systematic review of all training products.
• Manage and regularly review the LMS system to ensure all current content is on-line and available to students and trainers and remains compatible with other data based on-line system.
To be considered:
High level VET qualification
Extensive knowledge and experience in the VET industry and in the development and maintenance of curriculum
High level knowledge of on-line learning systems
Extensive knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations and various state funding requirements High level of interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
Ability to lead, organize and work independently as well as part of an effective team
