About the Role:
This is a key administrative and recruitment position which will collaborate with other team members to ensure the streamlined recruitment of our casual nurse and care worker candidate database in line with Healthcare Australia’s client needs. Working in this fast-paced environment where no two days are the same you will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to speak with people over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment of our casual workforce with a focus on nurses and care workers. You will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple divisions to develop staffing pools for HCA that meet our customers’ needs.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process through screening and qualifying candidates, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
- Organising and conducting interviews to deliver a speedy turnaround time from candidates’ application to registration.
- Work with the fulfilment team to ensure candidates are fully compliant to enable them to be placed in work opportunities quickly.
- Present to small groups of people on our induction and expectations of candidates whilst working and representing HCA.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with existing clients, nurses, and carers.
- Effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls.
- Work with the fulfilment team to integrate new nurses and care workers into the workforce.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Evidence the ability to follow processes and ensure compliance in managing files and records.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures.
- Work as a team player to ensure positive outcomes to our candidates and clients.
