About the Role:

As Healthcare Australia expands, we’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment/Rostering Consultant to play a pivotal role in supporting and growing our pool of carers and nurses. This key position will involve managing daily shift bookings, ensuring our clients’ needs are met with exceptional service. You’ll also contribute to developing efficient processes that enhance staff resource management, recruitment, and operational success.
Tasks include:
- Identify and analyse new recruitment opportunities
- Adopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs regarding skill, continuity and availability
- Effectively interview, register and integrate Support workers into the workforce
- Allocate nurses and care workers into shift requests from clients (hospitals, aged care facilities, disability support homes etc)
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Support Workers
- Effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong client service and sales skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to perform autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and IT system skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to focus on and achieve targets
