We have a high demand for work across the country so any Care staff member who works full time with HCA in September will receive a $400 Bonus.
Terms and Conditions
• Every staff member who works 152 or more active hours between Monday 5th September to Sunday 2nd October will receive a $400 bonus.
• Full time is based on an average working week of 38 hours.
• Active hours only, Sleepovers hours will not be included in the total hours.
• Only hours worked through HCA Community Care division will be counted, additional hours worked through our direct to consumer businesses in NDIS and Homecare will not be included in the totals.
• Electronic Timesheets must be submitted before 12 midday on Monday 3rd October to be included.
• Payments will be processed during the month of October after verification of timesheets and hours has been reconciled and completed.
• Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
• Employees must be active and be in good standing.
• All payments are at the discretion of HCA.
• HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice.
