High Needs Support or Specialised Care

Our NDIS division employs multi-disciplined Clinical Care Coordination teams in each state which include Registered Nurses. All our clinical and quality governance at HCA is overseen by our Chief Medical Officer.

If a participant requires high needs supports or clinical specialised care, our HCA Clinical Care Coordination Team will work with participants and their support network to develop a comprehensive support plan to meet their individual’s needs and support our workforce to provide quality care.
