Terms & Conditions

In order to be eligible for the HCA Home Care Welcome Gift, the new customer must comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

• The new customer must be completely signed on as a Home Care customer with HCA and have received their first services
• The new customer must have come to HCA directly and not through a third party referral services (for example Care About)
• The new customer must be a Home Care Package holder. Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) customers are ineligible
• To redeem the offer the new customer must mention the offer when signing on as a new customer
• The gift will be paid by electronic gift card sent via email to the new customer’s preferred email address
• The gift will be purchased and sent after the new customer has received their first invoice from HCA Home Care
• Referrals are recognised nationally
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
• HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion at any time.
