$1000 Locum Referral Bonus

• The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Doctors
• The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
• The reward is offered once your referred candidate works 10 shifts with HCA Doctors within 4 months
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Doctors
• Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion

$1000 Permanent Referral Bonus

• The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Doctors
• The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
• The reward is offered once your referred candidate is placed into a permanent role and passes the 3 month probation period
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Doctors

$500 Joining Bonus for Locum and Permanent Doctors 

Join HCA Doctors and when you work 10 shifts we will reward you with a $500 visa gift card. New joining bonus will be offered to all new candidates that join HCA Doctors from 12:00am 15/01/2018.

• This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
• Offer available to new and re-joining Doctors (that have not worked for HCA Doctors for over 2 years)
• The reward is offered to locum candidates once you work 10 shifts with HCA Doctors within 4 months of joining/re-joining
• The reward is offered to a permanent candidate is placed into a permanent role and passes the 3 month probation period
• All rewards are at the discretion of HCA Doctors

Rewards Incentive for Swan Hill

This bonus will run from 12:00am 29.01.2018 and end 12:00am 28.02.2018

Work 5+ shifts and we will reward you with a $200 eftpos card*
Work 10+ shifts and we will reward you with a $300 eftpos card*
Work 15+ shifts and we will reward you with a $400 eftpos card*

• This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
• The reward is offered once you work your allocated number of shifts for this bonus (see above table of rewards)
• You must work your allocated shifts to redeem this reward
• This is inclusive, one gift card per candidate for total number of shifts booked
