Both the referrer and referee are eligible to participate in the ‘Nowra Refer a Friend Program’ in accordance with the terms and conditions below:

• $100 bonus is in form of a gift voucher only, which will be emailed to successful entrants. No other form of payment is offered and no exchange can be made.
• The referrer must be deemed an active employee who has worked minimum of 10 hours per month over a 3 month period and have no performance issues raised to be eligible.
• The referred candidate must be a new introduction to HCA NDIS, not a previously employed candidate in the NDIS or Homecare division.
• The referred candidate must live in, or within 30km of Nowra NSW
• The Referee can be working in another area, e.g. VIC but refer a candidate who wants to work in Nowra NSW.
• The Referee and the referred candidate must mention each other’s name to recruitment staff at time of referral and application to be eligible
• The reward is offered to both referee and referrer only once the referred candidate works 30 hours with HCA NDIS division supports in the home and community. This must be within 3 months from the new employee’s activation date.
• The onus is on the referrer and referee to notify HCA once they are eligible for the incentive
• Referrals are recognised nationally
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
