About Staff Central:
Staff Central is a premier provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to seamlessly connecting businesses with skilled temporary staff.
The Head of Growth at Staff Central is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing new sales, managing leads and the CRM, identifying new opportunities, managing key client accounts, and contributing insights to product development.
This role is covering Maternity Leave, from early March 2025 until mid-late February 2026.
This position requires regular travel and the ability to build strong relationships with middle management and C-suite influencers, driving business development efforts to secure lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Lead Management:
Oversee lead generation and nurturing strategies to maintain a steady pipeline and convert leads into customers, aligning efforts with marketing objectives.
CRM Management:
Ensure effective use of the CRM system for tracking, analyzing sales data, and improving customer relationships and sales efficiency.
Lead Identification and Development:
Identify and engage high-potential leads through research and networking, collaborating with product teams to meet client needs.
Account Management:
Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, upsell opportunities, onboarding success, and smooth adoption of new releases.
Product Development Input:
Provide market feedback to guide product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion:
Explore new markets, customer segments, and geographic regions, developing strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics:
Use data-driven insights to prepare performance reports, refine strategies, and measure success against key growth metrics.
To be Considered:
- Experience in Agency Nursing, Managed Service Providers, Vendor Management Systems (preferred)
- Sales and Relationship management experience (preferred)
- Proven experience selling B2B technology in a healthcare setting (desirable)
