Recruitment and Operations Consultant – Full Time (Mon – Fri, 8am-4pm)

Are you interested in utilising your existing skills in recruitment or administration to work with a leading Healthcare provider? We have an immediate need for a recruitment and operations consultant to join our WA Workforce Solutions team.

This role will ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives to increase our casual nurse candidate database in line with Healthcare Australia’s client needs and deliver all operational aspects of recruitment activities and daily shift bookings by effectively attracting, retaining and placing candidates according to clients’ needs. The position will work with others to develop processes that ensure appropriate use of staff resources and the efficient and successful recruitment of quality staff to convert client demand to filled shifts.
