Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is run by Healthcare Australia ABN (Australian Business Number) 95 108 180 589.
• The ‘TIME2EARN – Travel Nurse Incentive’ is effective from 00:00 AEST 20th May 2024 to 23:59 AEST 30th September 2024. All mentions to the ‘dates of the incentive’ refer to these dates.
• The incentive is available to select staff working with our Travel Nurse division. Eligible staff include RNs, RMs, and ENs. Staff can be either active or inactive at the time winners are drawn.
• There is a total of 2x $1,500 prepaid Mastercard gift cards to be won.

Selection Criteria

• 1x 1,500 prepaid Mastercard gift card is given to the employee with most placements commenced during the promotion period.
  • Note that placements must be commenced during the commencement period, i.e. placements commenced prior to 20.05.24 will not count towards the ‘placements commenced’ statistic; however hours worked will count.
• 1x 1,500 prepaid Mastercard gift card is given to the employee with most hours worked during the promotion period.
  • Bonus hours will be allocated for completing bonus objectives. Objectives will be communicated via email on an ad hoc basis.
  • Only CAT 1 placements completed directly through Healthcare Australia and where you are paid by Healthcare Australia are able to be considered for the hours aspect of this competition.
  • Hours worked outside of Travel Nurse do not count towards this promotion. Only hours worked on a Travel Nurse placement are counted.
• A leaderboard of employees in the top 10 for placements commenced and top 10 for hours worked will be shared fortnightly by email from [email protected]
• The employee chosen must be 18 years old and over.
• If chosen as a winner, upon receiving the prize, the winner must be willing to sign a release form with the Healthcare Australia Marketing Team if required.
• The winner must provide contact details to receive the prize.
• This prize is ‘not transferrable’ and ‘not redeemable for cash.’
• The winners will be chosen by the Marketing Team on 3rd October, 2024 and notified by the Marketing Team on 7th October, 2024.
• The winners will be contacted by the Healthcare Australia team via phone, SMS, or email for their address confirmation for the prize to be sent.
• The winners will have their $1,500 prepaid Mastercard gift card sent to their confirmed address.
• Terms and conditions of this promotion may be amended by Healthcare Australia at any time.
