Healthcare Australia acquires Registered Training Organisation, Employ-Ease
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Employ-Ease, a privately owned, Victorian based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has been operating for over 20 years.
Employ-Ease specialises in the delivery of vocational education and training programs in Aged Care, Disability Care and Training and Assessment; and will provide training to over 1,000 students this year.
For many years we have been looking to acquire a company in the RTO space to expand HCA’s Training and Education services and to become the leading healthcare solutions provider. With Employ-Ease having conducted student training placements with many of our clients, it’s a great opportunity to leverage these synergies to provide a holistic offering to both our clients and our workforce.
HCA’s CEO Jason Cartwright says The acquisition of a high performing RTO with quality processes, experienced staff and a track record of compliance is the perfect platform for expansion in the vocational training sector.
Employ-Ease’s Director, Daryl Neilson shares Cartwright’s sentiments and says Employ-Ease is proud to now be part of the HCA Group, and excited by the employment opportunities this will create for our students. We have been looking for a Health Industry partner for some time and feel that HCA’s commitment to quality outcomes and the long term future of our industry provides a perfect fit. Our staff will continue to provide outstanding training results and pathways to meaningful jobs for our students.
The acquisition of Employ-Ease in HCA has taken effect immediately and we are excited about this new opportunity for our clients and our workforce and the prospects of expanding this successful business across the state and interstate in the near future.
