With over 40 plus years working in the Health industry as student, clinician and administrator and in state, federal and private enterprises, Mr. Norman is a huge asset to HCA and to our continued journey for clinical excellence.

“I am privileged indeed, to join HCA Doctors as Chief Medical Officer to provide advice and support for our staff, clients and our Doctors,” Dr. Norman said. “My clinical background is broad primary health experience in many areas of rural, urban and city health care, NGO and Government positions including Defence.”

Dr. Norman’s medical administration background includes roles as Director Medical Services, State Regional Director and more recently as CMO for HCA Defence. Throughout this career, he was fortunate regularly engaging in clinical duties in primary health care, while facing many of the same problems and challenges as our Doctors face on a daily basis.
