About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Client Services Coordinator will oversee and improve service delivery within our client rostering system – Staff Central, ensuring exceptional client experiences and efficient operations. This role acts as a liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring timely and professional service while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
The Client Services Coordinator manages client relationships, serving as the primary contact post-signing to ensure smooth service delivery. They handle client expectations, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings. Additionally, they may participate in sales activities such as conferences and product demonstrations.
Additionally this role oversees daily operations, responding to client inquiries, tracking service performance, and assisting with invoicing. Responsibilities also include onboarding and training clients, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous process improvements; providing leave coverage for key staff ensures business continuity, with ongoing collaboration with operations and sales teams to help refine service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
To be Considered:
- Experience in Agency Nursing, Managed Service Providers, Vendor Management Systems (preferred)
- Sales and Relationship management experience (preferred)
