It’s Official! The HCA NT’Star of the Month’ competition has now closed!

To showappreciation for all of the exceptional workour NT Medicnurses have undertakenthis year, HCA decided to run a special competition to find and reward a NT Medic‘Star of the Month’ for August, September and October!

What was involved?

For every NT Medic Nurse who worked 10 hours in one of our Darwin metro facilities from the 10th August 2015 to 31st October 2015 (inclusive), theyautomatically entered theprize draw to win the ‘Star of the Month’ title for the period! The more shifts they worked, thegreater their chances were to win!

Along with this esteemed title, our winners received one gift voucher valued at $250.00 each month!

Who were the winners?

AUGUST WINNER:Congratulations to Jenna!

She completed a total of 150 hoursduring 1st August to 31st August 2015 – which was15 entries into the competition and won a $250 Elements Day Spa Package voucher.

Jenna joined us in June this year and works in general nursing (hospital based) across the Northern Territory.

SEPTEMBER WINNER:Congratulations to Aisling!

She completed a total of 212 hoursduring 1st September to 30th September2015 – which was21 entries into the competition and won a $250 Sky City Casino voucher.

Aisling joined NT Medic in June this year andworks full time in general nursing (hospital based).

OCTOBER WINNER:Congratulations to Jillian!

She completed a total of 167 hoursduring 1st October to 31st October2015 – which was16 entries into the competition and won a $250 Casuarina Shopping Centre voucher. Jillian first joined NT Medic 11 years ago, then after some time away from nursing re-joined in March this year to continue work in Occupational Health Nursing, Aged Care and Primary Health Care.

Here’s what our October winner had to say:

I like the ease of HCA. Having everything on an app is great. I simply decide on my shifts and it is easy with preferences as well. I love the localness of the agency. I often pop into the office for a debrief and chat. Everyone has been very accommodating to me and so friendly.I would definitely recommend HCA.
